A community formed around the edges of a mysterious alien biodome, its residents comprise the hopeful, the hungry and the helpless - people eager for a glimpse inside the dome or a taste of its rumoured healing powers. Nevertheless, Rosewater throws you into a world that seems futuristic and also terrifying. I’d love to hear others takes on the ending. I truly loved the pacing of this book but since its part of a trilogy, the ending was a little meh. 'Mind-expanding and utterly addictive' Mark Haddon Rosewater is great though because it takes place in Nigeria in 2066.
